отвечать: Hi Brian, I double checked with Softspikes and it looks like this wrench with the clear ripper is compatible with Fast Twist 3.0. Old cleats are removed by using Cleat Ripper by twisting the cleats counter-clockwise until they come out of the receptacle. I hope this helps. Thank you for contacting me and have a great evening!
