Firstly, some customers found it frustrating that the product did not come with the lines already attached to them. This made the process of hanging them up more time-Consuming and difficult, especially for those who struggle with hand-eye coordination or eyesight. Instead, a spool of bendy and slippery nylon line is provided, making it challenging to knot and secure the decorations. As a result, some customers had to use cotton sewing thread instead. Despite this inconvenience, many customers were pleased with the overall appearance of the decorations and felt they were a great value, especially if purchased during a sale like Black Friday.
