    отвечать: The dose is 12 drops per day taken in water with food or under the tongue. I found it impossible to judge under the tongue. 12 drops seems a lot from a tiny 15ml bottle, but they are tiny drops of unknown quantity. I estimate the bottle lasts almost a month.
