Delphi ES10456 Oxygen Sensor

The Delphi ES10456 Oxygen Sensor has garnered mixed reviews from users, reflecting a spectrum of experiences related to performance and compatibility. Several customers have highlighted a noticeable improvement in their vehicles’ gas mileage and engine performance after installing the Delphi sensor, even reporting successful resolutions to 'check engine' light issues after previous sensors, such as the Motorcraft and Bosch, failed to deliver satisfactory results. They note the Delphi sensor's excellent value, especially when compared to OEM options, indicating a high level of satisfaction with its functionality. However, not all feedback is positive. Some users encountered significant compatibility issues, particularly with specific models like the 2004 Xterra V6, leading to frustration and increased diagnostics costs when the product failed. One reviewer detailed a prolonged struggle to identify a fault, ultimately revealing that the O2 sensor provided was defective and caused further mechanical issues, such as electrical faults that immobilized the vehicle. The condition of the product upon receipt also raised concerns, with reports of the packaging looking worn and signs of prior handling. In summary, while the Delphi ES10456 Oxygen Sensor has its advocates praising its performance and value, there are notable cautionary tales regarding fitment and reliability that potential buyers should Consider before purchasing. **
