| Care and maint | Regular Care and MaintenanceOiling the Blades: Apply a few drops of the original JRL lubricant oil (or other machine-grade oil) to the blades regularly to ensure smooth operation, reduce friction and heat, and prolong their lifespan. Hold the clipper with the blade facing downward. Place one drop of oil in the center of the movable top blade and one drop on each end. Turn the clipper on for 5-10 seconds to distribute the oil evenly, then wipe off any excess. Check Blade Alignment: Regularly inspect the blades to ensure they are properly aligned and zero-gapped for precise cutting. Avoid Water Immersion: The clipper is not waterproof. Keep it away from water and do not immerse it in any liquids to avoid electric shock or damage to the motor/battery. Proper Storage: Store the clipper in a dry, cool place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Do not store it on the charging dock or leave it attached to the adapter for long periods. |
