Please note that the mattress is not included, and a box spring is not required. The front panel of the wall bed is installed as one of the last steps, making mounting to studs in a wall much easier.
The minimum ceiling height required is 91 inches, and there is a clearance of 9.4 inches under the bed when it's open. When the bed is opened, it will require a clearance of 101 inches.
