The Tram TRAM1295 3/8-24 Antenna Adapter allows you to mount a 3/8 inch X 24 threaded stud mount antenna onto an NMO type roof top antenna mount. The adapter is sturdy and can handle the stress of a 102-inch whip antenna. It is compatible with CB antennas and can handle up to 200 watts of power. Customers have successfully used this adapter with a variety of antennas and mounts. Some have combined it with a spring mount for added flexibility, while others have used it to attach a Firestik antenna to an NMO mount. However, it is important to note that the adapter has female NMO threads on the bottom, so it will not screw into a female SO-239 antenna mount.
