It has a wide range of thickness adjustments that can achieve a final thickness of anywhere between 1mm - 27mm depending on the model, and it can comfortably handle approximately 250-1400g of dough at a time. Customers who have used this sheeter for croissant dough or pastry lamination have reported that it is incredibly easy to set up and use. It rolls the dough very smoothly, and the end result is always even and Consistent. The machine is also easy to clean and disassemble, making it a convenient addition to any kitchen.
