Cutluxe Chef\'s Knives ART-SCI-10-1 Editorial Review
The Cutluxe Butcher Knife is a 10-inch Cimeter and Breaking Knife made of forged high carbon German steel with a full tang and ergonomic handle design from the Artisan Series. According to the FAQ, the knife is made in China and does not come with a guard but is packaged in a box that fits the knife nicely, and it has a small tip guard. The product is not recommended for heavy use in a butcher shop, but it is ideal for occasional holiday use. There are no specific care instructions or recommendations on dishwasher safety, but it appears that it should be hand-washed and stored safely. Customers who purchased the knife seemed to be pleased with the quality and value, commenting that it is well-made, comfortable to handle and does well at its job. One of the customers said that they received it as a gift, and their daughter loves it. Another customer commented on the knife's perfect size and value. It was used to cut up a prime rib roast, after which it was packaged back in the original box for safekeeping or to loan out to their kids. However, no information was available on its long-term durability and sharpness. Overall, the Cutluxe Butcher Knife appears to be a good performer at a reasonable price. It was praised for its quality and good size but avoided heavy use in a commercial setting. To maintain its performance and longevity, it is necessary to clean and store it appropriately.
