It depends on how much your using the kettlebell! The more contact your hands have with any hard surface calluses will eventually form to protect against blisters.

    отвечать: Best to check with the manufacturer, but vinyl dip is made from polyvinyl chloride and plasticizers, which do not contain any latex.

    отвечать: Not sure what you mean by this. You don’t wear this. You insert your hand in that hole and lift it or swing it. The lighter the weight, the smaller the hand hold becomes out of necessity. It’s better to use heavier bells than lighter ones. I have a couple of pretty light ones, though - 4 lbs being the lightest - and my hand, a women’s medium, fits. It’s easier to hurt yourself using a lighter weight, as it doesn’t pay the same attention to gravity as a heavier one does.
