Canson Loose Drawing Paper Editorial Review
The Mi-Teintes Touch Pad A3 355gsm is a favorite paper for many artists. The surface of the paper is sanded but smooth, the color selection is excellent, and the quality is Consistent. It is super versatile and can be used for multimedia applications like layering and thick coats of pastel. The paper's backing is soft and waterproof, and it will buckle only slightly before drying and once dry is flat and perfectly smooth. The grit on this paper is not as fine as pastelmat, but it's an excellent study paper, and it makes one think about the layers as it takes about 3-4 layers of a light soft pastel. The paper comes in a great size that is neither too big nor too small. However, some people wish it were 14 x 18 or 12 x 16 so they could frame it with a standard ready-made frame. The Mi-Teintes Touch Pad A3 355gsm is an excellent value for money and highly recommended.
