It comes with a 2H lead and a built-in lead pointer cap, but a rotary pointer may be preferable. Different leads and erasers can be bought separately. It is made of durable plastic and metal, and is 2mm wide. Some customers have experienced the lead falling out, but this is normal for a lead holder and can be adjusted manually.
