The Ultimate Body Press Wall Mounted Pull-Up Bar is a sturdy and solid product that can be installed easily. It can be mounted to finished stud walls, and there is no damage to the drywall associated with the installation. The pull-up bar is compact, and as long as it is fastened to studs, it is strong enough to hold at least 300 pounds. It has different grips to work different muscles and with a parallel grip length of 5.5 in and a parallel grip distance to wall of 14.5 in - 20 in. The construction of this product is very solid, but there have been some issues from use. It is easy for your feet to strike the wall when doing pull-ups, making it best to avoid wearing shoes. Over time, there were some stains on the wall caused by sweat or saliva when doing pull-ups. The foam grips are comfortable, but they do not hold up well at all if you are using gloves, and the rubberized grip tape would need to be added within a few months. Although it has a simple design, it is functional and useful, working great for shoulder, back, and core workouts.
