The DualSense Wireless Controller in Cosmic Red for the PS5 has received mixed feedback from customers. Also, the built-in microphone's sound quality is poor, and a separate headset or microphone is necessary for voice chat. One customer developed tendon sheathitis in their hand due to prolonged use of the DualSense controller.
