The Irritrol 205TF Valve is a reliable replacement for an old or damaged valve. It comes with the standard Irritrol R811 solenoid, which is not attached for shipping, but can easily be screwed in. The valve is closed by water pressure, so it stays closed even when the power is off. It operates on 24V, and it is controlled by your timer box using the two leads that connect to a zone inside your timer box.
