Answer: This is an expansion to the Cthulhu Gloom set which is a completely different card set from the Original Gloom. You will need the Cthulhu Gloom base set to use this expansion. -

Answer: It is a full set of Gloom cards. You can play a game using this deck alone. It has 5 'families', events and action cards. This is a standalone game but can be combined with another Gloom deck in a mix and match fashion. -
